All sales, administration and invoicing operations are carried out from Spain and the currency used in all transactions is the euro (€).

Firstly, there are school and academic supplies, ranging from basic items such as exercise books, pens, folders and rucksacks, to textbooks organised by year group and subject, as well as scientific or graphing calculators recommended by the school itself.
As part of our academic services, we offer assistance with certificates relating to international programmes such as the International Baccalaureate (IB) and AP exams. We also handle the payment and processing of fees for the recognition of academic qualifications across different education systems, where required.
In the school photography section, users can purchase individual, group or school event photographs, available in both digital and printed formats. The school yearbook is also available; this is a personalised product that captures the highlights of the academic year, featuring visual and narrative content created specifically for each year group.

Purchasing process
Via our website, users can view a clear and detailed overview of all available products and services, as well as their prices, features and terms and conditions of sale. Items can be selected via the online shopping system by adding products to the “Shopping Cart”. In this section, users will find all the essential information: a description of the product or service, the unit price, applicable taxes and, where applicable, any delivery charges.
Purchases are made exclusively via the online platform. Once the order has been completed, the user will receive a purchase confirmation email, which will include an order summary and, where applicable, a tracking number to check the order status.
Only users aged 18 or over may make purchases. Furthermore, the electronic invoice will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Prices
All prices shown in our online shop include VAT, unless otherwise stated. In the final order summary, before proceeding to payment, you will see a breakdown of the total price, applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any.
Payment systems
Payment is processed securely by credit card via Banco Sabadell’s Redsys payment gateway, a platform that complies with all security standards to ensure the protection of users’ data.

All transactions are carried out from Spain and in euros (€).
Delivery methods, costs and delivery times
Purchased items will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days to mainland Spain, and within 10 to 15 working days to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, in all cases counting from the date the order is confirmed.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we work hard to ensure a prompt and secure delivery.
Delivery charges will be calculated automatically during the checkout process and clearly displayed in the order summary before the customer completes the transaction.
Returns, warranties and cancellations. Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the date on which you received the product or the date on which the service was contracted.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a return request to the following email address: store@aquinasmadrid.es.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original, complete packaging, including all packaging components (labels, manuals, leaflets, etc.), and free from any damage, writing or signs of use that might affect their resale.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the item and is responsible for ensuring that it arrives at our premises in good condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Guarantees
All products sold come with the manufacturer’s original warranty, in accordance with current legislation. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects for the period specified by the manufacturer.
To make a claim under the warranty, the customer must keep the original purchase receipt and contact our Customer Service team, specifying the product and the issue, and providing all the necessary information.
EU Online Shopping Dispute Resolution Platform
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, we wish to inform our users that, as an online operator established in the European Union that enters into electronic contracts with consumers residing in the EU, we provide access to the official online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
This platform has been developed by the European Commission to provide an out-of-court mechanism for resolving disputes relating to online purchases between businesses and consumers.

In the event of a dispute of any kind, both parties undertake to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the courts with jurisdiction over consumer matters—that is, those of the buyer’s place of residence—shall have jurisdiction to hear the case, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU).
