Student Support Services
Student Support Services (SSS) encompass a spectrum of services designed to aid teachers, students and their families in a variety of circumstances that might impact students’ learning. These services include prevention, intervention, transition, and follow-up support. They play a pivotal role in the overall success of our comprehensive school program.
The SSS team is dedicated to helping students overcome various learning barriers and emotionally supporting them to reach their full educational and developmental potential. This is achieved through a diverse set of strategies and specialized support offered at the individual, group and school levels.
Our Student Support Services department consists of a School Counselor for Preschool up to Middle School, a High School Counselor for the students at the Pozuelo and Downtown High School Campuses, two Learning Support Specialists, and an English as an Additional Language teacher for Lower and Middle School, all of whom work collaboratively with teachers, external agencies, and families to ensure students’ success.
