The store also makes it easy to sign up for extracurricular activities and school-related services. These include after-school activities (such as workshops, sports, language classes, or academic tutoring), as well as field trips and school trips organized by the school, with detailed itineraries and insurance coverage. Additionally, students can sign up for the school lunch program on a per-day basis, subject to availability, and use a system to select or modify school bus routes.

Purchasing Process

Through our website, users can view clear and detailed information about all available products and services, as well as their prices, features, and terms of sale. Items can be selected using the online shopping system by adding products to the “Shopping Cart.” In this section, users will find all essential information: a description of the product or service, unit price, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, any shipping costs.

Purchases are made exclusively through the online platform. Once the order is complete, the user will receive a purchase confirmation email, which will include an order summary and, if applicable, a tracking number to check the order’s status.

Only users who are 18 years of age or older may make purchases. Additionally, the electronic invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Prices

All prices listed in our online store include VAT, unless otherwise specified. In the final order summary, before proceeding to checkout, you will see a breakdown of the total price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs, if any.

Payment systems

Payment is processed securely via credit card through Banco Sabadell’s Redsys payment gateway, a platform that meets all security standards to ensure the protection of user data.

All transactions are processed from Spain and in euros (€).

Shipping Methods, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Times

Purchased products will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days in mainland Spain, and within 10 to 15 business days in Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands, always counting from the date the order is confirmed.

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we work hard to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process and clearly displayed in the order summary before the user completes the transaction.

Returns, warranties, and cancellations. Right of withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the user is guaranteed the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date the product was received or the service was contracted.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a return request to the following email address: store@aquinasmadrid.es.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original, complete packaging, including all packaging components (labels, manuals, leaflets, etc.), and free of any damage, writing, or signs of use that would prevent their resale.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must ensure that the product arrives at our facility in good condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Warranties
All products sold come with the manufacturer’s original warranty, in accordance with current legislation. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects during the period specified by the manufacturer.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must keep the original purchase receipt and contact our Customer Service department, specifying the product and the issue, and providing all necessary information.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, we hereby inform our users that, as an online operator established in the European Union that enters into electronic contracts with consumers residing in the EU, we provide access to the official online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.

In the event of a dispute of any kind, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the courts with jurisdiction over consumer matters—that is, those in the buyer’s place of residence—shall have jurisdiction to hear the case, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU).
