The images and recordings could be published within the School, in its Magazine, on the School’s website and in the different social network profiles that the Center has, and always within the framework of the purposes described, and will only be treated when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and purposes determined, and always guaranteeing the best interest of the minor and without endangering their fundamental rights..

With the admission of your child, you grant authorization for the image and video of the student, which is free and does not entail any remuneration, since the uses to which they will be destined in no case involve a commercial exploitation of the same by the School.



Within the school facilities there is a system of video surveillance cameras in order to ensure the safety of persons and facilities.

At all times the PRINCIPLE OF BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD will prevail, and the installation of video surveillance cameras has only been carried out when the measure has been proportional in relation to the infringement it is intended to prevent and, in no case, are the initial means to carry out surveillance functions. As owners of the facility we are responsible for the processing and comply with the provisions of the GDPR.

The school has a specific annex / guide for the treatment of images from video surveillance systems which we make available to any of the users of the center that request it.
